Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "philplus," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the philplus gaming platform, accessible at philplus.vip, and its operators.
• "Platform" means the philplus website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated gaming services provided by philplus.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the philplus Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the philplus Platform.
• "Games " means all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games, and the Triple card game.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to your Account by philplus.
• "Real Money Funds" means Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits made by you into your philplus Account wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the philplus Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the philplus Platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the philplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling participation.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of philplus, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the philplus Platform or had an Account terminated for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

philplus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at philplus's sole discretion after completing applicable verification procedures.

Account Registration

To access real-money Games on philplus, you must register a single Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one philplus Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. philplus will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify philplus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. philplus will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• KYC verification: philplus may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

philplus reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the philplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and payments:

• philplus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. philplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Funds deposited into your philplus Account may only be used for gaming on the Platform. Deposits are not interest-bearing and may not be transferred to other users.
• philplus does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• philplus complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your philplus Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or verified through the KYC process.
• philplus reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• philplus reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance reviews.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds and fully wagered Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect account balance, philplus reserves the right to correct the balance and void any transactions affected by the error.

Bonuses & Promotions

philplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. philplus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• philplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account without compensation.

Gaming Rules

All Games available on the philplus Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all Games:

• All Games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any user action outside the game itself.
• It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any Game before placing a wager. philplus is not liable for losses resulting from a user's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, philplus will attempt to complete the round based on the last recorded game state. If this is not possible, the wager will be returned to your Account.
• philplus reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by philplus at any time.
• Winnings from Games will be credited to your Account wallet upon completion of the game round, subject to verification where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philplus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its Games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to philplus immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the philplus Platform or its software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing philplus staff, other users, or live dealers through any communication channel on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the philplus Platform — including but not limited to the philplus brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of philplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from philplus.
• Use the philplus name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of philplus intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine and international law.

Privacy & Data Protection

philplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

philplus implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and philplus cannot guarantee absolute data security.

philplus will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services (such as payment processing and identity verification).

Limitation of Liability

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, payout rates, or promotional terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. philplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit philplus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Termination & Account Closure

philplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third party acting on your behalf.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity of your Account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account wallet (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting philplus support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the philplus Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, philplus operates an internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team with full details of the issue. philplus will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

Amendments to These Terms

philplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated at the top.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, philplus will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the philplus Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
