Creating a philplus account is quick and straightforward. Click the philplus Login link in the navigation and select the registration option. You'll need to provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and enter your basic personal details including your full name and date of birth.
After submitting your registration, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in that email to activate your account. Before you can make your first deposit or play for real money, you'll also need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on philplus. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. We verify the age of every player during the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned.

To complete KYC verification on philplus, log in to your account and navigate to Account Settings → Verification. Our team reviews submissions within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is verified. During peak periods it may take slightly longer, but we process all verifications as quickly as possible.
No. Each player is allowed only one philplus account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the login page rather than creating a new account.
On the philplus login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email (it's valid for 30 minutes) and follow the prompts to set a new password. philplus supports a wide range of payment methods popular with Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) so there are no currency conversion fees for local players.
The minimum deposit on philplus is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. Some bank transfer methods may have a slightly higher minimum of ₱200–₱500 depending on the bank. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification for security purposes.
philplus processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days for most methods. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are only sent to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
philplus does not charge fees on deposits. For withdrawals, philplus also does not apply platform-side fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. We recommend using GCash or PayMaya for the most seamless, low-cost experience.
Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and your payment method name, or a withdrawal amount that triggers our security review process. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

No — bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
