Children's Privacy
The philplus platform is strictly intended for users who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. philplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If philplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned through the original payment method following verification procedures.
